Fattoria San Rocco is a full cycle company in which we produce every raw material for the production of our cheeses, especially Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.

Every day, in the Monteveglio Cheese Factory we use the milk of 500 Italian Friesian cows, directly raised in our cattle farms in Monteveglio and Sant'Agata Bolognese, near Bologna, and in Castelfranco Emilia, province of Modena.

To have absolute assurance in the quality of the milk used in our cheese factory, we feed the animals in a healthy and natural way, using forage cultivated directly from us.

The studies and the experience gained over many years of work have taught us that the main thing and the most important thing for a good milk,  is to produce fodder and cereals healthy, nutritious and free of harmful molds to your health.

The production regulations imposed by the Consortium of Parmigiano Reggiano ensures the distinctive features of this product and its close link with the area of origin. In this way it is possible to protect consumers and ensure the authenticity and genuineness of our flagship product: Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
