The Stracchimella, soft cheese that melts in your mouth, tasty, good on the palate.
It is produced with selected probiotic cultures all of which we know the importance for our body.

We produce all our cheeses with the same fresh milk we use for the Parmigiano Reggiano.
In our farms, the milk is milked every day and immediately transported to the dairy of Monteveglio for processing.
We never use milk bought from other farms to ensure a quality product.
